These kits make 23 litres, or enough to fill (30) 750ml bottles with a lot less chemicals in them than your commercial wines. As a matter of fact, if you are allergic to sulphites, they can be left out entirely. The alcohol content ranges from 8% to 13%. There is something here for everyone, including fruit wines...
